            The ombudsman’s sphere of competency covers a wide variety of complaints. These chiefly in

            ? bullying, discrimination, inappropriate behaviour and unequal treatment, sexual harassme
            mobbing, conflicts of interest
            ? unjustified delays and inactivity by a competent body

            ? breaches of statutory regulations, including internal regulations of the University or c
            and other similar actions that are to the detriment of the person concerned
            ? other situations that the complainant considers to be an encroachment on their dignity a
