4EU+ Student Mini-grants 2023 ****************************************************************************************** * ****************************************************************************************** Charles University will, for the second time, support up to 10 projects through so-called grants, seed funding for teams from the 4EU+ universities. This scheme aims to encourage s young researchers from all around the 4EU+ Alliance to collaborate without the limitation faculties, or universities. The projects can focus on initiating international research co organizing joint educational activities (workshops, soft skill courses, etc.) and developi cultural collaboration and strengthening the third role of the university (active involvem discourse and search for solutions to global economic, social and environmental issues). *========================================================================================= * Context *========================================================================================= The state of the contemporary world, resulting from the covid-19 pandemic and the war in p EU’s eastern neighbourhood, calls for action from everyone who has the power to overlook t framework. We strongly believe that students can contribute to that as they are future of academia. Since the beginning of the covid-19 pandemic, students of the 4EU+ Alliance have proven to members of society. They immediately started volunteering and helping to mitigate the cons the health crisis. Many of our students have also been able to promptly respond and coordi assistance to the migration wave of Ukrainian refugees. We would like to encourage you, our students, to share your experience, get to know each o ideas and create a safe and strong community that would efficiently face the challenges of future. *========================================================================================= * The basic parameters of this call are as follows: *========================================================================================= • Applicant must be a student of Charles University • Project has to involve at least three 4EU+ member universities (Charles University + Hei Universität [ URL "https://www.uni-heidelberg.de/en"] , Sorbonne Université [ URL "http: universite.fr/en"] , K?benhavns Universitet [ URL "https://www.ku.dk/english/"] , Univer ve [ URL "https://www.unige.ch/"] , Universit? degli Studi di Milano [ URL "https://www. node/2"]  a Uniwersytet Warszawski [ URL "http://en.uw.edu.pl/"] . • Supported activities must be in line with the?4EU+ Mission statement?
