            This project brings together for the first time researchers and teachers in Old Norse stud
            University, Sorbonne University and the University of Copenhagen, each approaching the fie
            different perspective. Literary studies, the history of religion, digital humanities and l

            will be combined to open new interdisciplinary perspectives for research and to introduce 
            teaching methods. The collaboration includes a workshop in Prague and bilateral visits bet

            universities.

            The project addresses EU priorities such as multilingualism, data literacy, critical think

            interdisciplinarity. It explores European citizenship through literature, arts and cultura
            a focus on the plurality of memories across Europe and the role of languages in contrast. 
            is to help students understand how present-day European values have deep historical roots 

            of these roots can help prevent their misuse, including the appropriation of Viking themes
            political rhetoric.


            Planned activities include guest lectures for students, academic exchanges, and meetings w
            to identify needs and possibilities for future cooperation. The project will connect acade
            with different strengths, offering benefits for students, early-career researchers and sen
