Europe: the Laboratory for a Digital State ****************************************************************************************** * ****************************************************************************************** Number: MA/25/F3/0/017 Flagship: 3 - Digitisation – Modelling - Transformation Faculty: PF Project leader: Handrlica, Jakub Europe’s shared legal foundations, combined with diverse regulatory approaches, make it an ground for models of the “digital state” - a governance framework that integrates digital public administration, regulation, and citizen interaction. This project brings together r postgraduate students from Charles University, the University of Copenhagen, the Universit University of Milan, and the University of Barcelona to examine legal aspects of digital g comparative research across jurisdictions. Academic exchanges between partner universities will allow participants to study best prac challenges in digital regulation. The collaboration will culminate in a hybrid workshop in findings on the implementation of digital state elements will be presented and discussed. The project strengthens inter-university cooperation in legal and policy studies, fosters students and academics, and encourages evidence-based policymaking by assessing the effect different regulatory models. Outcomes will include visiting professorship lectures, a publ in Prague, and academic publications indexed in Scopus or the Web of Science (WoS), ensuri impact and practical relevance.
