            Respektujeme rozhodnutí Nejvyšší správní soud (NSS). V tuto chvíli analyzujeme, jaké jsou 
            tohoto rozhodnutí na fungování fakulty v souvislosti se stále trvající nucenou správou KTF

            zdůraznit, že rektor UK opakovaně upozorňoval na riziko důsledku stále nedořešených soudní
            širší souvislosti s odvoláním děkana Brože a vyhlášením děkanských voleb akademickým senát
            projednání s bývalou rektorkou UK v lednu 2026, toho času nucenou správkyní fakulty. Naší 

            vnitřně stabilizovat fakultu tak, aby byla zajištěna zejména bezproblémová výuka a provoz.

            * Statement by the Rector's Office of Charles University on the decision of the Supreme Ad

            Court in connection with KTF UK

            We respect the decision of the Supreme Administrative Court (NSS). We are currently analyz
            real impact of this decision on the functioning of the faculty in connection with the ongo
            administration of KTF UK. It should be emphasized that the Rector of Charles University ha

            warned of the risk of consequences of the still unresolved legal disputes in the broader c
            dismissal of Dean Brož and the announcement of dean elections by the Academic Senate of KT
            discussions with the former Rector of Charles University in January 2026, who was at that 

            administrator of the faculty. Our priority remains to stabilize the faculty internally in 
            in particular, smooth teaching and operation. Following the decision of the Supreme Admini
            and other ongoing legal disputes, the rector will propose changes to the KTF UK dean's col
