• completed university education with a Ph.D. degree
• focus on game studies, player studies, representation and ideology in games, and research methodology
• at least two years of teaching experience in the field of media studies at a university,
• a track record of independent research on the level that allows for application for habilitation within around 5 years
• experience with submitting grant applications
• excellent active knowledge of spoken and written English and the ability to lecture in English, native-level knowledge of Czech

• English - C1 Proficient User
