The Department of Applied Mathematics invites applications for an Research Scientist position in the areas of computational algebra, geometry, and topology. The successful candidate is expected to be active in research and to teach courses related to the focus of the advertised position. | Qualification and Other Requirements: | Ph.D. degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field, professional experience in university-level teaching in the given field, ability to teach in English and Czech languages, publication activity in high-quality journals and/or selective conference proceedings in the relevant area, experience from foreign academic or research institutions. |
| Required education: | Ph.D., CSc, Th.D. or comparable education abroad |
| Employment Type and Scope: | Part time employment, 16 hours per week |
