The position is financed by the project New Technologies for Translational Research in Pharmaceutical Sciences /NETPHARM, Project No.: CZ.02.01.01/00/22_008/0004607, within the Operation Programme Johannes Amos Comenius (OP JAK), P 1: Research and Development, SO 1.1: Developing and enhancing research and innovation capacities and deploying advanced technologies, “This project, No. CZ.02.01.01/00/22_008/0004607: New Technologies for Translational Research in Pharmaceutical Sciences /NETPHARM, is co-financed by the European Union.” Responsibilities: Independent performance of the research activities in the relevant field, immediate escalation of any identified risks to a superior position, design, organization of work, planning and execution of experiments for VZ1, publication of scientific results, development and implementation of new methods for biological sample preparation prior to analysis, development and validation of separation methods for use in pharmaceutical analysis and bioanalysis, presentation and publication of the achieved results on an international level, participation in key project activities with an emphasis on application potential. The estimated monthly wage: 47 250 CZK (1.0 FTE) The start of work: 1 October 2026, or can be negotiated Type of employment contract: for 1 year, with the expectation that the contract will be extended until 29 February 2028. Qualification and Other Requirements:	Profile: Experience in combination of separation techniques with mass spectrometry, small molecule analysis; previous experience in biological sample preparation. Experience in interpreting analytical data in relation to a biological model is an advantage. Scientific and publication activity in pharmaceutical analysis, bioanalysis, analytical chemistry or related field is an advantage. Required education:	Master's degree or equivalent education abroad
Required language skills:	English - B2 Independent User
