Caregiver Needs Survey

            Whether you have caregiving responsibilities or not, we would like to ask you to complete 

            that will provide us with feedback on what it´s like to study or work at CU for those who 
            children, elderly, or other dependent household members. We are also interested in the per
            those who are not caregivers, in terms of how they perceive the climate at their workplace

            Therefore, please give this questionnaire your attention, even if you are not currently in
            caregiving.


            The results of the survey will be used to develop a new Equal Opportunities Plan for the p
            focusing on work-life balance issues. By filling out the questionnaire, you can influence 

            Charles University in this area.

            The time it takes to complete the questionnaire varies depending on your caregiving situat

            10 to 30 minutes. We realize that this is a significant portion of your time, however, we 
            relevance of the feedback in this area will convince you to dedicate your valuable time to


            The questionnaire is completely anonymous and voluntary, with the Institute of Sociology o
            Academy of Sciences handling the research implementation, including data processing for Ch
