            We are intensively strengthening support for postdoctoral researchers, a key component of 
            community. We are expanding the educational offering in line with the European ResearchCom
            which includes courses in Czech, research management, and open science available through t

            Hub [ URL "https://cuni.cz/UKEN-1436.html"] and 4EU+ Alliance courses.

            We are introducing a robust mentoring system that facilitates integration and collaboratio

            increasing the visibility of postdoctoral researchers by sharing experiences through podca
            space for collaboration at Campus Hybernská. In cooperation with Czexpats, we organize the

            twice a semester for dialogue among researchers. These steps strengthen our academic commu
            the sharing of knowledge and experience across various academic disciplines.
