            The central body of the EUF is the Steering Committee, which has three members - the presi
            other representatives. The advisory body is the Council of Rectors, which meets once a yea

            so-called annual meetings. The members of the Steering Commitee and one executive manager 
            administrative of the foundation are then approved by the General Assembly.

            connected to the mobility of students and employees.

            The activity is based on sharing good practice. EUF always selects a few key topics and, i
            sufficient interest from member institutions, prepares a special meeting of these KECs. Ea
            with only one central topic. Individual meetings take place online, and at each meeting tw

            universities present their good practice, followed by an interactive discussion.

            EUF prepares regular webinars for project managers and coordinators of Erasmus+ KA2 and KA
            these meetings, individual aspects of project preparation such as topic selection, structu

            WPs, budget and dissemination are addressed.

            At meetings of representatives of member universities with leading suppliers of Erasmus wi
            feedback on upcoming changes and innovations is given. The representatives of the European

            participate in the meeting as well.
