Open Science is an evolving approach that aims to enhance transparency, collaboration, and in research. The European Commission encourages Open Science as part of its research fundi framework, highlighting its potential benefits for innovation and societal impact. In many projects, open access to research publications and data is increasingly promoted, aligning efforts to make scientific knowledge more widely available to researchers and the public.
