We Are Looking for Lecturers for Workshops for Postdocs at CU ****************************************************************************************** * ****************************************************************************************** 1 April 2025 In the winter semester of 2025–2026, we aim to organize training series for our postdocs c following topics: • Negotiation  • Dealing with stress / stress resilience  • Interdisciplinary thinking / interdisciplinary cooperation  • Creative/systematic thinking  • Effective problem solving  The target group consists of researchers – Ph.D. holders at the early stages of their care The workshops should meet at least the "Intermediate" level of the European Competence Fra Researchers. All sessions must be conducted in English, as they will include international participants native speakers. The duration should correspond to the content – at least a 3-hour worksho necessary.
