            Rectorate supports cross-generational learning. The Centre offers CU employees a wide rang
            programmes focusing on various areas of competence, including pedagogical, managerial, IT,

            programs"] was created based on the HR Award’s Action Plan, and it contains educational pr
            courses from the entire university.


            In addition, the CU Centre for Lifelong Learning is actively involved in the micro-credent

            body of Charles University’s management that promotes the development of pedagogical compe
