How to nominate

            How to proceed with submitting a nomination?


            - Download and fill out the nomination form [ URL "https://cuni.cz/UKEN-2259-version1-
            carl_and_gerty_cori_prize_appendix_form.docx"]  (send it signed with a digital signature o

            handwritten signature and in an editable version). The form is also available as an annex 
            Rector’s Directive [ URL "https://cuni.cz/UKEN-1980.html"] .
            - Prepare documentation proving the contribution of the nominated activity or project.

            - Send everything by May 31, 2025, to the email equalopportunities@cuni.cz [ URL
            "mailto:equalopportunities@cuni.cz"] .


            The award will be presented along with the Arnošt of Pardubice Prize during the celebratio
            17, 2025. More information can be found in the Rector´s Directive.
