            The Czech-German Future Fund [ URL "https://www.fondbudoucnosti.cz/"] (Deutsch-Tschechisch

            supports and deepens cooperation between the Czech Republic and Germany, focusing on mutua
            through shared history and culture.



            The scholarship program is intended for students who wish to undertake one- or two-semeste
            (beginning in the winter semester) as part of their academic studies. The scholarship is n

            those who have just completed another study stay in Germany. In addition, double funding i
            meaning students may not receive another scholarship simultaneously.


            Students at all levels of humanities and social sciences can apply for the scholarship. Cu
            Czech-German Future Fund provides monthly grants of 650 EUR for bachelor’s students and 80

            master’s and doctoral students.

            The study stay abroad serves to acquire or deepen knowledge of the language and culture of

            country. In addition, students are expected to gain insight into the academic life of the 
            and actively participate in scholarly exchange. Therefore, scholarship holders are require
            specific Czech-German themed project during their stay and write a report on the topic (th

            bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral thesis, which must then be submitted).

            Each academic year, a limited number of scholarship places is announced, and applicants ca

            January. Scholarship recipients are selected by an independent committee of four members.
