Purpose of microgrants Microgrants are intended to support short-term and flexible development activities with a for the career development of the postdoctoral fellow and the strategic goals of Charles U proposed scheme is fully in line with the PPSŘ 2026+ (Strategic Priority 3: A University t Talent). Who can apply – conditions • Applicants must be employed as postdocs at Charles University at the time of application (according to Rector’s Directive No. 19/2025 [ URL "https://cuni.cz/UKEN-714-version1- uken_714_version1_uk_14758_version1_or___19_2025___postdoktoranddocx_en_final.pdf"] ). • Applicants must have an employment contract covering the period of implementation of the activity. • Each postdoct may submit a maximum of one application per year. • Each request must contain only one activity. Amount of microgrants Postdocs can apply for any amount up to a maximum of CZK 25,000 (for activity D, a maximum The amount reimbursed may not exceed the actual costs incurred. Supported activities Microgrants may cover activities contributing to scientific excellence and career developm particular: a.participation in professional development events (workshops, summer schools, training se grants) b.costs associated with project preparation (e.g., matchmaking, networking) c.travel expenses for building international research networks d.organizing workshops and seminars Required output A condition for the award of a microgrant is the preparation of a short report for the Pos [ URL "https://cuni.cz/UKEN-1436.html"] (e.g., a blog post or brief article) describing th contribution to the postdoc’s career development and future professional direction (e.g., established collaborations, alignment with the project’s objectives, etc.).
