Financial Support ****************************************************************************************** * Financial Support for International Credit Mobility ****************************************************************************************** If you are a student from a partner university with which Charles University has an approv project under the Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility (ICM) programme and you have been your home university to study at Charles University, you will receive an Erasmus+ grant af to support your stay here. The grant is paid in cash in euros and calculated according to below. • Students staying for 2 months or less will receive 100% of the grant shortly after arriv • Students staying at Charles University for more than 2 months will receive 70% of the gr beginning of their mobility and the remaining 30% approximately one month before the end mobility. The amount of your grant will be calculated on the basis of select. *========================================================================================= * Additional Grant for Students with Special Needs and Fewer Opportunities *========================================================================================= One of the programme’s main priorities is to provide individual support and respect the sp of every applicant, including students facing health-related, physical, mental health or s disadvantages. The most important thing is your motivation and determination to go abroad! The additional financial support is usually EUR 250 per month. However, each student’s nee individually, and you may receive additional funding to cover all eligible costs related t needs. Who Is Eligible for the Additional Grant? • Students with physical, health-related or mental health disadvantages • Students facing financial barriers • Students with specific dietary requirements • Students receiving an orphan’s pension • Students with children. Examples of Eligible Costs • Transport: the difference between the cost of standard transport and the cost of the req or specially adapted transport. • Specially adapted study materials. • Assistance services. • Accommodation: the difference between the cost of standard accommodation and the cost of additional or specially adapted accommodation, such as accessible accommodation close to higher education institution. • Medical care, including regular medical appointments in the Czech Republic or abroad, re physiotherapy.
