Professional development of training of teachers ****************************************************************************************** * Professional development of training of teachers ****************************************************************************************** The school is now confronted with urgent new challenges, arising primarily from the develo of contemporary society, from the need to ensure equality of educational opportunities, fr childhood and youth caused by factors within contemporary society, from the benefits of ne especially in the field of pedagogy, didactics, psychology of effective teaching and learn changes in the educational reality caused by developments in the sphere of information and technologies and their penetration of structures and functions in society, from evaluation differences in the effectiveness of educational systems and the necessity of international achieving common goals.
