Dear students, Welcome to the first issue of the CU Point newsletter for the new academic year. And since there are a lot of newcomers, we would like to introduce ourselves. So far, you may know us mainly as an office that issues ID cards, but there’s a lot more to CU Point than that. First off, we would like to invite you to some of the events that we organize for you throughout the academic year. You can also develop your potential at the Career Centre or help other people at the Volunteer Centre. Last but not least, our Carolina Centre offers psychological assistance and other forms of support. Do not hesitate to contact us. We look forward to meeting you in person. The first event is already in two days when we will be trying out Czech language together as part of the series of events International středa – mezinárodní Wednesday! But don’t worry, our Wednesday events at Campus Hybernská are informal and friendly. It’s all about getting to know each other and having fun while learning something new. We wish you a successful start to the new academic year! Your CU Point |
