 for International Students

Dear students,

Thank you for your interest in our events, competitions, and volunteer activities. It’s great to see that our university has active and engaged students who also have their hearts in the right place! We have prepared several events for you this month as well or, for example, a competition for a new Charles University claim.

In case you feel overwhelmed or stressed, we would like to remind you that you can visit resilience support groups, that proved to be very effective to lower stress levels, despite the fact that there is no verbal sharing of experiences or emotions. You can also turn to the Carolina Centre for psychological support, or visit their support groups. Look below for more information.

Enjoy the spring, and don't forget to mark your calendars for 14 May, the annual Rector’s Sports Day, and sign up for your favourite sports activity.
