 for International Students

Dear Students,

With the arrival of September, our newsletter is back. Before you get fully immersed in your studies, use your remaining free time for meaningful activities – whether it’s volunteering or sustainability. You can attend a meeting of our Volunteer Centre or take part in the Bike to Uni or Work challenge.

The new academic year starts on 1 October, and we invite you to our launch event at Campus Hybernská. Details of the event can be found below, as well as a list of new lectures and courses that we or other students have prepared for you.

We hope you enjoy the end of summer, and we look forward to seeing you!

Student Activities

The Czech Pharmaceutical Student Association is a student organisation with more than 30 years of history. Its main activities include the organisation of scientific conferences, educational lectures, and student events and participation in national and International conferences. They also disseminate to the general public information on health education relating to the use of antibiotics or the importance of prevention.

In addition, the Czech Pharmaceutical Students’ Association arranges internships and exchange programmes for students of the Faculty of Pharmacy.

The association has an international division called CzPSA Internationals, where students from abroad can organise their own activities in collaboration with Czech and other international students. Our members also participate in the Buddy Programme, where they support and take care of international students, including those here on Erasmus exchanges.

The association is an organisation of students for students, and without the active involvement of its members, none of its activities could take place. This is why they would love to welcome you into their ranks.

Our successful series of events for Czech and international students continues! Since October, we have been holding informal meetings every Wednesday evening at Campus Hybernská where you can meet your Czech and international classmates.
