Postdoctoral fellow position at the Department of Chemical Physics and Optics in the salary class VP2 in the field of optics-optoelectronics with a focus on the terahertz time-domain spectroscopy and study of ultrafast dynamics of spintronic effects in magnetically ordered solid states within the framework of the PO JAK project " Teraferroics for ultra-high capacity, speed and energy-efficiency of information technology ". Employment Type and Scope: Half-time employment, 20 hours per week |

Qualification and Other Requirements: | Attainment of Ph.D. or its equivalent in the relevant field no longer than 8 years ago (defence 2016 and later). We require practical experience with methods of time-resolved terahertz and optical spectroscopy, data processing using advanced numerical methods, with programming (Python, Matlab, Labview) and independent writing of scientific publications. It is assumed that the applicant has already published in renowned impact journals as a main or corresponding author. |
