Qualification and Other Requirements: | Ph.D. degree (or equivalent) in a relevant area by the starting date. Professional experience in the field, positive attitude towards pedagogical work, ability to integrate research and teaching activities, incl. student thesis supervision. Sound publication track-record in the field. Teaching in English is expected, at least passive knowledge of Czech is very welcome with expected mastering of its active use necessary for further prolongation of the contract after 3 years. In justified cases, e.g., if the applicant completes his doctoral studies in the period between the submission of the application and the date of starting the employment relationship, the applicant must provide proof of the completed doctoral studies before signing the employment contract, but no later than 9 months after the application deadline. |
