The successful candidate will be involved in a project investigating correlations between the physicochemical and catalytic or electrocatalytic properties of materials. The research is based on the preparation and characterization of model catalyst systems controlled at the level of single atoms. We offer an inspiring scientific environment, a high-tech laboratory, and close international cooperation with leading laboratories. This position will be paid from the project OP JAK - Quantum materials for applications in sustainable technologies (QM4ST), registration number CZ.02.01.01/00/22_008/0004572. |

Qualification and Other Requirements: | - Ph.D. in Physics or Chemistry obtained in 2018 or later - advanced knowledge in physical chemistry of solids and solid surfaces - hands-on experience in experimental methods of surface science - experience with surface electrochemistry is an advantage - high motivation, ability to work independently and in a team |
