| Qualification and Other Requirements: | Qualification requirements: a Ph.D. degree or its equivalent in the area of analytic number theory, publication record in relevant periodicals, proven ability to obtain grant funds, ability to integrate scientific and pedagogical work, including the supervision of student theses. |
