• at least a Ph.D. degree
• teaching experience
• ability to teach in Czech, English and/or Russian
• adequate professional and publishing activity in the field (with a view to starting the habilitation procedure within nine years)
• organisational and administrative skills

If the career development plan is required, it must aim to commence the habilitation procedure (procedure for the granting of associate professorship) no later than nine years after the expected beginning of employment.
