Required experience and knowledge:

• Experience with nanoflow LC
• Experience with the orbital trap from Thermo Scientific -Orbitrap
• Knowledge of LC/MS maintenance 
• Experience with proteomic sample preparation
• Experience with the following tools for evaluating proteomic MS data - Spectronaut, MaxQuant, DiaNN, Skyline, Perseus
• Experience with targeted peptide quantification
• Experience with absolute peptide quantification
• Experience with phosphoproteome analysis
• Experience with service measurement of proteomic samples
• Knowledge of proteomic experiment design
• Ability to advise users and design user tailored experiment 
• Processing of measured data, statistical evaluation of results, and user reporting

• Czech - C2 Proficient User
• English - C1 Proficient User
