Charles University provides its employees with personal development days amounting to a maximum of five days per calendar year. The rules for the provision and use of leave at Charles University are defined in Rectors’s directive no. 1/2020. The Dean of the Faculty decides on the establishment of personal development days in a Dean’s directive, the director of another unit responsible for employment matters, or the Bursar at the at the Rector's Office.
