Research funding and education policies in the USA are facing growing political pressures, undermining the integrity of academic research. In light of the nearly threefold increase in inquiries coming from the United States since November 2024, Charles University stands ready to offer a second home for students and scholars dedicated to the pursuit of knowledge without borders.

From May 22 to 24, 2025, Charles University proudly took part in hosting the Europe Regional Institute of the International Association for College Admission Counseling (International ACAC). The event, organised by the Study in Prague Consortium, brought together more than 200 high school counsellors and university representatives from 45 countries, who spent several days exploring the academic landscape of Prague and the Czech Republic.
