Scope of the ombudswoman

The ombudsman’s sphere of competency covers a wide variety of complaints. These chiefly include:


➤ bullying, discrimination, inappropriate behaviour and unequal treatment, sexual harassment, bossing, mobbing, conflicts of interest

➤ unjustified delays and inactivity by a competent body

➤ breaches of statutory regulations, including internal regulations of the University or constituent parts and other similar actions that are to the detriment of the person concerned

➤ other situations that the complainant considers to be an encroachment on their dignity and that affect the conditions for their study or work
