I have coaching experience in life and professional issues provided to professionals from different countries and with various professional backgrounds.

Motivation:

After spending some time in academic research and education, I wanted to be better equipped to support young researchers and academics in their professional paths. That is why I decided to educate myself better in effective coaching techniques. Knowing the difference between mentoring and coaching and having academic experiences, I can now provide better support for individual growth and success in research. I also believe in cooperation and networking across academic and research institutions. This mentoring program represents activities I would like to see within the Czech academic environment more often.
