Motivation:	I would be happy to share my experience of building an academic career in both the Czech Republic and abroad. Having gone through the transition from Ph.D. to postdoctoral and permanent research positions, I know that an academic career can involve many choices and uncertainties. I hope to offer an open and supportive space to discuss career development, international mobility, interdisciplinary research, networking, and the challenges of pursuing a research career abroad. I also see mentoring as an opportunity for mutual learning and exchange.
