Previous mentoring experience: 

I have been mentoring younger colleagues during my PhD and postdoc, during my postdocs I was actively developing mentoring programs, since 2019 I'm working as a mentor for a bioincubator, and since 2022 I run my own research group where I mentor my students.

Motivation: 

I haven't had a good mentor during my career and I believe if I have had one, it would have helped me. I also genuinely enjoy sharing my experience and helping others navigate scientific environment.
