14 PhD. students with completed dissertations; one PhD. student with dissertation in revision. Mentor to junior staff in the U.S.A. (Educational Testing Service), UK (De Montfort University, University College London), Spain (Universitat Pompeu Fabra). Mentor in international programmes, with one mentee each in Sudan, Colombia and Indonesia.
