Mgr. Otomar Sláma, MBA, MPA zaslal v pondělí 10. 2. 2025 rezignační dopis na funkci předsedy správní rady Charles University Innovations Prague (CUIP), který rektorka Univerzity Karlovy přijala.

Nyní probíhají navazující jednání, jejichž cílem je zajistit hladký přechod a stabilitu organizace. Společným cílem kroků vedení UK i vedení CUIP je pokračovat v běžících důležitých úkolech, včetně auditu, předání agendy a zachování plynulého chodu transferové společnosti Univerzity Karlovy.

Statement on the resignation of the Chairman of the CUIP Board of Directors

Mgr. Otomar Sláma, MBA, MPA sent a letter of resignation as the Chairman of the Board of Charles University Innovations Prague (CUIP) on Monday 10 February 2025, which was accepted by the Rector of Charles University.

Follow-up negotiations are now underway to ensure a smooth transition and stability of the organization. The common goal of the actions of the CU leadership and the CUIP management is to continue the important tasks underway, including the audit, the handover of the agenda and maintaining the smooth running of the Charles University transfer company.
