Under “File”, click on “Save As”.
Under “Save as type”, select “PDF (*.pdf)”.
Open “Options” in the lower part of the dialogue window.
In “PDF options”, select “ISO 19005-1 compliant (PDF/A)”
Save in the usual manner.
