Apply by: 30 November 2026
4EU+PharmacoEpi (advanced course): an integrated 4EU+ pharmacoepidemiology educational course is now open to PhD students, as well as other students and interested parties, such as bioinformaticians, doctors and pharmacists. It is organised as part of the 4EU+ Alliance. The course is taught by international experts and lecturers from Sorbonne University, University of Milan, University of Copenhagen, Heidelberg University and elsewhere. This is now the sixth year the course has been running.
The aim of the training programme is to acquire the knowledge required to utilise this data using appropriate methodology, so that, ultimately, international studies incorporating several of these data sources can be carried out. The pharmacoepidemiology course focuses on the use of French administrative health databases, Danish registers, Italian national health service databases and German administrative health databases.
The course is a blended programme (online + short-term mobility). The online component is free of charge, while mobility to Paris is supported by 4EU+ budget for Charles University students.
