Within its alliance support for cooperation, the 4EU+ Alliance regularly launches the SEED4EU+ call, which supports teams of academics in the implementation of innovative projects, primarily focused on research and aimed at strengthening cooperation among 4EU+ member universities. The Alliance also announces the Visiting Professorships initiative on an annual basis and supports alliance-wide educational projects. In 2025, a pilot call for Blended Intensive Programmes (BIP) was also launched.

The use of financial resources at Charles University, across all calls, follows the harmonized rules for the utilization of funds and reimbursement of expenses for 4EU+ projects.
