The first cycle of our mentoring programme is nearing its conclusion, which provides a good moment to reflect on the past year and exchange experiences. Join us for an event that connects mentees and mentors from the first but also the second cycle!

Programme of the event (tentative): 

1. Welcome & Opening (5 min) 

• Brief overview of the purpose of the event: farewell to first-year mentees, welcome to second-year mentees, networking 

2. Mentor and mentees testimonies (40 min) 

• First-Year Mentees Showcase: Short presentations of experiences, achievements, or projects, advice to the new group 

• Mentors’ Remarks: Key lessons learned and advice for the new cohort 

3. Networking Break / Refreshments (20 min) 

• Informal mingling to allow first-year and second-year participants to interact 

• Opportunity to share experiences, tips, and contacts 

4. Welcome & Orientation for Second-Year Participants (20 min) 

• Brief introduction to key programme components, upcoming events, and expectations 

5. Closing Remarks (5 min) 

6. Informal Networking / Reception (30–45 min) 

• Light refreshments
