Previous mentoring experience: 

When I was working in a biotech company, I was mentoring students working in company for short internships and for qualifications (bachelor and diploma work).

Recently I am working as mentor I work as mentor at Byron works mentoring new public servants.

As a manager I am using mentoring techniques in my daily work as well.

Motivation: 

Hope to share my experiences from different fields with young people looking for interdisciplinary experiences.
