Previous mentoring experience: 

During my postdoctoral stay abroad ( Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory in USA) I participated as a mentee in a mentoring program of our department. I underwent mentee training where we were taught what to do as mentees to get the most from the mentoring.


Motivation: 

Based on my positive experience as a mentee I would like to provide such experience to someone else.
