Japanese scholarships
At most Japanese universities, it is possible to apply for japanese scholarships MEXT or JASSO.

The MEXT Scholarship is administered by the Embassy of Japan in the Czech Republic; more information is available here.

The JASSO Scholarship is intended for students nominated by Charles University to study at a partner university in Japan; more information is available here.
