Smoking Cessation Counselling Centre at the 3rd Faculty of Medicine announces with the support of the Institutional Project of Charles University 2015 4th year of creative competition on the occasion of World No Tobacco Day with the theme “Motivating medical students and health professionals to nonsmoking“
The 2015 IZA Prize in Labor Economics goes to Jan Švejnar, the James T. Shotwell Professor of Global Political Economy and Director of the Center on Global Economic Governance at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, New York and a chairman of the Executive and Supervisory Committee of CERGE-EI in Prague.
Lab of Silence, Laboratorium silencii. This is the name of the AV installation project for the Czech pavilion at EXPO 2015, taking place in Milan, Italy, May 1 to October 31. The exhibits were taken to Milan just a few days ago, and the staff of our university, among many others, took part in the preparation.
Third Faculty of Medicine offers individual or group visits of the Faculty building, lecture rooms etc. including personal contact with the Vice-Dean for Undergraduate Education and Student Affairs and his team.
