Previous mentoring experience: |
As a mentor - I offer extensive experience in guiding and supporting both student teachers and novice teachers. In my pedagogical practice, I supervise and review final theses, provide ongoing feedback, and foster the development of students' professional identities. A significant part of my work involves co-teaching, reflecting on students' teaching practicums, and collaborating with mentor teachers. I also participate in their professional development and maintain systematic cooperation with schools. I view mentoring as a natural component of my work, grounded in reflective dialogue and the support of professional growth. |
|
Motivation: |
I view mentoring as a meaningful opportunity to support early-career academics as they navigate the academic landscape and foster their professional growth. In my own work, I naturally integrate teaching, research, and leadership, and I consider it important to share these experiences with others. I am particularly motivated by supporting the development of professional identity, encouraging reflection on one’s own practice, and finding a balanced approach to the various roles within academia. Balancing academic and family roles is also a significant part of my professional and personal experience; as a mother of two, I understand the challenge of finding a sustainable equilibrium between competing life and career demands. I can offer support in this area as well, helping individuals find their own unique paths. I see mentoring as a mutually enriching process rooted in dialogue, reflection, and trust. |
