Professional profile:
Graduated in computer science at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics of Charles University. During his studies, he started working at DCIT (which was actually the first "spin-off" established by CU under the patronage of the Government of the Czech Republic with the Norwegian company NIT), where he was mainly engaged in software project management consulting and information security. He started his Ph.D. studies (software systems) at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics of Charles University, but did not complete it due to a number of other activities. He taught several courses at the faculty. From DCIT, he moved to the Computer Science Centre of Charles University where he established the CU Information System Department and managed its gradual development - creation of a personnel system, centralisation of the student information system and other applications, and centralisation of the payroll information system. He participated in the introduction of the electronic document management system and the preparation of the economic and organisational project for the introduction of the central economic system.
