We are intensively strengthening support for postdoctoral researchers, a key component of our academic community. We are expanding the educational offering in line with the European ResearchComp framework, which includes courses in Czech, research management, and open science available through the Postdoctoral Hub and 4EU+ Alliance courses.

We are introducing a robust mentoring system that facilitates integration and collaboration. We are increasing the visibility of postdoctoral researchers by sharing experiences through podcasts and a shared space for collaboration at Campus Hybernská. In cooperation with Czexpats, we organize the Young PI Forum twice a semester for dialogue among researchers. These steps strengthen our academic community and support the sharing of knowledge and experience across various academic disciplines.
