Previous mentoring experience:

At the Institute of Translation Studies, I have so far supervised 39 diploma theses, most of which were defended as excellent, several were awarded the Prix Gallica, I consulted an award-winning dissertation, and at the same time I am the supervisor of several doctoral students. I regularly list optional courses aimed at connecting with practice (collaboration with the French institute, with Czech publishers).

Motivation:

I am not a ""pure"" academic, during my entire stay at the Faculty of Arts, I have been fully devoted to popularization work in addition to scientific work, I am in direct contact with practice. I have a lot of experience in managing projects in the cultural field of the non-profit sector - I'm happy to share them.

But I'm also interested in research: I see the management of diploma theses and acting as a supervisor of doctoral students as the most valuable and beneficial part of my academic work.
