In the winter semester of 2025–2026, we aim to organize training series for our postdocs covering the following topics:

• Negotiation 

• Dealing with stress / stress resilience 

• Interdisciplinary thinking / interdisciplinary cooperation 

• Creative/systematic thinking 

• Effective problem solving 

The target group consists of researchers – Ph.D. holders at the early stages of their careers.

The workshops should meet at least the "Intermediate" level of the European Competence Framework for Researchers.

The events can take one (or more) of the following formats: in-person (our training sessions take place at the Hybernská Campus), online, or e-learning.

All sessions must be conducted in English, as they will include international participants, including native speakers. The duration should correspond to the content – at least a 3-hour workshop, but longer if necessary.
