Clinical Development of medicine - preparation of clinical and preclinical strategies, including study design of preclinical and clinical trials in collaboration with the statisticians and other relevant experts, scientific advice (contact with Health Authorities), conduct and project management of clinical trials, GCP oversigth, audits, medical writing of study documents, training programme development.

Previous mentoring experience: 

I have been regularly (on weekly and monthly basis) mentoring new department employees and junior colleagues since 2016, as a part of onboarding activities or long-term support in colleague's development. I am trained practitioner of transactional analysis for education, including mentoring skills (100 hours of training). This strongly supports my communication and mentoring skills, to personalize approach to the mentee's needs and working style.


Motivation: 

I believe the mentoring is very useful tool for structured personal and career development. I really enjoy the process of teaching and mentoring and I trust I can offer the broader view of the possibilities in future career of PhD students, and consider actual use of the academic skills in the industry, mainly in the pharmaceutical industry.
